I got this dress in a lucky pack, but I haven't been able to identify it. It's another of my most worn pieces, so elegant and versatile. You can dress it up or down, style it Gothic or classic, modern or trad. There's just so many options! I sometimes call it my 'evil queen' JSK, because I once made a coord with it inspired by Snow White's evil queen.
